The Carolyn Niceley Scholarship for College Completion

Meredith Seigfried Madden, CEO at NORDAM, served on the Cabinet for TCC’s Campaign for Completion. She wanted to honor long-time NORDAM employee, Carolyn Nicely, as well as support TCC’s Campaign. This scholarship will create a legacy of a beloved colleague while helping students overcome barriers to complete their degrees.
Eligibility Requirements:
Must have a declared major with TCC
Enrollment must be min 6 credit hours per semester
Resident of Oklahoma
Must have financial need (Verified through the Financial aid office)
Min GPA 2.3
Recipient can not be in the Tulsa Achieves program
