Heather Jane Lucille Cooper Theatre Scholarship

This scholarship is in memory of Heather Jane Lucille Cooper, a Tulsa Junior College theatre student in the 1980’s. Theatre students enrolled in 6 or more credit hours qualify. Preference is given to non-traditional students.
